NJ Single Use Plastic Ban Bill: Take Quick, Easy, Urgent Action!

NJ’s statewide plastic bag ban bill is on life support but can still be resusciated with a quick jolt! Most details have been worked but there’s only a few days left to seal the deal. In sum: A4330/S2776 will put a statewide ban on disposable carryout bags, polystyrene foam food containers, and make disposable plastic straws available only upon request. More details here.

Take Action - Ask your legislators to pass a strong ban on these polluting single-use disposables.

Please call or email NJ’s to top three political leaders and tell them to finish the job, work TOGETHER to pass a strong ban bill before Jan. 14.

A short message to let them know your views would be much appreciated; if this doesn’t go through, we have to basically start from scratch. Thank you for your help!
